COVID- 19 Health and Safety at The Angel at Hetton
We are delighted to welcome all of our guests back to The Angel.
We wanted to update you on the additional precautions we are taking to ensure that our restaurant remains a safe space for you and our team to enjoy once more.
We have introduced additional health and hygiene measures across all areas and have listed some below;
As always, we will maintain the highest possible level of hygiene, with all areas cleaned regularly and meticulously with sanitisers. We have extra hand sanitisers around the property, so please feel free to make use of this during your time with us.
Our team has been fully briefed with current government requirements and are undertaking high levels of health and safety procedures to ensure that guests and other staff members are safe.
We have reduced the number of tables to maximise space around diners and will be utilising all of our space by offering full dining experiences in our fantastic bar area. We will only be accepting group bookings of up to eight guests.
We have also changed our standard service procedures around cutlery changes to reduce contact.
Our team will be standing at a further distance from our guests, minimising close contact where possible.
We will not be accepting cash during this time. Contactless payment should be used where possible or card payments.
Anything that cannot be cleaned at a high temperature will be removed from our bedrooms and each bedroom will be deep cleaned after every stay.
We will be asking all guests to support us with the governments “track and trace” initiative, by providing contact details for all guests.
