Salt baked celeriac, fermented Yorkshire garlic, oxalis, nasturtium oil, homemade lightly smoked ricotta

Free range Yorkshire chicken, morels, truffle butter, charred gem lettuce, ratte potato puree

CHEESE
This week’s selection of British cheese from Courtyard Dairy, chutney, sourdough crackers

French strawberries, meringue, last year’s elderflower, mascarpone mousse, caramelised white chocolate

Delivery

Your delivery will be made by courier APC overnight. You will receive a five-hour delivery slot from APC on the day of your delivery. If you are not going to be home, please leave details for a safe place. Food should be refrigerated as soon as possible (unless otherwise stated on your preparation guidance) and consumed within 24 hours.

Delivery cost per box is £10 and only available to mainland UK addresses, free delivery is available to the local area.

The local area includes the villages of Airton, Calton, Hetton, Winterburn, Flasby and Cracoe
