A5 Hyogo prefecture wagyu, leek and roscoff onion, miso, koshihikari rice

Yorkshire chicken, celeriac, charred lettuce, enriched chicken ramen & hen of the wood

Cheese

Selection of British, artisan cheeses, date and walnut bread, lavash, quince & mead

Yorkshire strawberries, Tahitian vanilla & sweet cicely
