Indulge in the textures and flavours of the season with our Spring lunch offer, from Chef Michael Wignall.

Arrive early and enjoy a beautiful Spring walk in the Yorkshire Dales or simply relax on the terrace before enjoying a wonderfully crafted, seasonal four-course set lunch, with a glass of Sommeliers choice red or white wine.

Cured and torched Mackerel, cucumber, sardine dressing, taramasalata,


Potato espuma, puffed potato & fresh ricotta


Poached and roast loin, braised neck and shoulder, tandoori carrot,

spiced aubergine, coriander and yoghurt


Hazelnut parfait, cake and powder, dark chocolate & namelaka
