Winter Dining Offer

Indulge in the textures and flavours of the season, with our lunch offer, from Chef Michael Wignall. Whether you’re working up an appetite for a walk in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, or enjoying a leisurely afternoon in front of the fire, you’ll be sure to experience the finest food, drink and hospitality.

A wonderfully crafted, seasonal four-course set lunch, with a glass of Sommeliers choice red or white wine, £35 per person.

Mackerel

Cured and torched Mackerel, cucumber, sardine dressing, taramasalata

Potato

Potato espuma, puffed potato and fresh ricotta

Pheasant
Poached and roasted local pheasant, leg chou farci, pomme puree, seed granola

Rolo

Set chocolate custard, salted caramel, chocolate, milk

The Winter Dining offer is available for pre-booked tables, on Monday, Thursday and Friday’s 12-2.30pm, from 18th January until Friday 29th March 2019, subject to availability. (Excludes Valentines day).

Please note that we will be closed all day on a Tuesday and Wednesday, until the end of March 2019.
